Hirail excavator with ballast cutter/Railway screening machine

Hirail Excavator with Ballast Cutter is a patented railway special machinery independently developed by Jinggong, equipped with professional ballast undercutting attachment, specially designed for railway track bed maintenance, ballast cleaning and track renovation projects. The machine adopts dual-purpose chassis with crawlers and rail wheels, which can flexibly switch between ground travel and rail running modes, traveling smoothly at high speed along steel rails. It fits various track gauges with customizable options.

The front professional ballast cutter can rotate 360 degrees with long effective cleaning length and wide working radius, efficiently removing accumulated ballast and gravel under sleepers and alongside rails to level and screen track beds. Powered by premium imported diesel engine, it delivers stable strong output with responsive hydraulic system and powerful working torque for high-efficiency ballast cleaning.

The fully protected cab provides wide operating vision, and an optional rescue emergency assistance system is available. It fits daily railway maintenance, track overhaul and emergency rescue, widely used for national railways, local rail lines and mine dedicated tracks.
